Returns & Exchanges

Brandon Blackwood offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for items in their original, unused condition with all protective packaging intact. Please note that select limited-edition collaborations and sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  After your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Order

  Place the item in its original dust bag and box, ensuring all hangtags are attached, and secure the prepaid label to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
